YL120-200 Track Pin Remover and Installer is a tool that utilizes the principle of converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to disassemble and assemble the track pins of tracked excavators. It uses the SYB-2B-S high-flow manual directional pump (suitable for field operations) or an electric pump (220V, 380V) as the power source to make the hydraulic cylinder move quickly forward, thus easily removing the axle. It replaces the methods of cutting with a torch and striking with a hammer. It ensures that the track is in good condition without any damage. It is a tool for repairing and assembling tracked excavators. Before trying the machine, the oil tank must be filled with 46# hydraulic oil.

1. To install and operate this pressure machine correctly, the three screws must be ensured to be horizontal and the adjustment length must be consistent
2. The machine is not allowed to calibrate the mold during operation;
3. The hydraulic oil is N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low pour point hydraulic oil, which is filtered through an 80-100 mesh screen before use. The first oil change should not exceed two months, and the oil should be changed every six months thereafter;
4. After operating this machine for 200 hours, the cleanliness of the oil should be checked. It is required that there is no odor. A drop of oil should be dropped on a white filter paper, and there should be no ink stains within the center point of the oil stain. Otherwise, the oil should be changed;
5. The press must not be overloaded for use; No partial load allowed
6. In case of accidental leakage in the system, sufficient hydraulic oil should be added after eliminating the fault to ensure that the oil level is above 80%.
7. Regularly check the cleanliness of the pump station and oil tank, and prohibit water, dust, and foreign objects from entering the oil tank;
8. If switching functions, the air inside the system should be completely discharged before it can work;
9. If there are any abnormalities during the test run and work, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection;
10. Maintaining pressure for 10 minutes allows for a pressure drop of 2.5Mpa.
11. When the hydraulic system reaches high pressure, it is strictly prohibited to strike each component to avoid risks such as bursting or parts popping out.
12. During the process of strengthening the pressure in the hydraulic pump station, it is important to pay close attention to the changes in the pressure gauge numbers, especially when the piston stroke is almost in place. If the high pressure display is 60MPA, immediately turn the directional valve to the middle position or another port, and do not leave the oil pipe and oil cylinder in a high-pressure state for a long time. Otherwise, it will shorten the service life of the product!
13. Be sure to pay attention to the surrounding environment when dismantling the pin, otherwise the removed pin may shoot out and injure people.
14. During the pressurization process, if it is found that the direction of the pin ejection has shifted, the pressurization should be stopped immediately and the position distance of the bolts on the fixing rod of the disassembly and assembly seat should be adjusted. Wait for balance before continuing to apply pressure to prevent bullets from flying and injuring people.
